Jack M. Greenberg Joins InnerWorkings' Board of Directors
InnerWorkings today announced that Jack M. Greenberg, retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald's Corporation, was named to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Greenberg joined McDonald's in 1982 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During his 20-year career with the Company, Mr. Greenberg held positions of increasing responsibility, including President of McDonald's Corporation, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald's USA. He was also a member of McDonald's Board of Directors from 1982 until his retirement in 2002.
Before joining McDonald's, Mr. Greenberg was Director of Tax Services for the Midwest region and Chicago office of Arthur Young & Company. He joined Arthur Young & Company in 1964 and became a partner in 1974, and served on the Firm's Management Committee.
Mr. Greenberg is active in a number of organizations. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Abbott Laboratories, The Allstate Corporation, Manpower Inc., Hasbro, Inc. and First Data Corporation. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of DePaul University, where he previously served as Chairman, the Institute of International Education, the Field Museum, as well as a member of the executive committee of the Chicago Community Trust.A graduate of DePaul University's School of Commerce, Mr. Greenberg earned his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Chicago Bar Association.
