Eric D. Belcher

President and Chief Executive Officer Eric Belcher

Eric D. Belcher is President and Chief Executive Officer of InnerWorkings, Inc. (INWK), headquartered in Chicago, IL. InnerWorkings is a pioneer in the print management industry, generating record revenue of nearly $800 million in 2012. With a global footprint extending across the Americas to Europe and beyond, InnerWorkings has become the preeminent international print management provider in an environment where multinational corporations are increasingly seeking one global print procurement partner.

Eric is a major advocate for outsourced print management services, a solution that is revolutionizing the global print supply chain by leveraging information and technology to eliminate inefficiencies and bring transparency into an insular procurement process. He continues to make his presence known as a leader within the print, technology and business services industries as a frequent guest speaker with the national media and at major industry conferences. Eric has also testified before the U.S. Congress, providing print procurement best practices for the U.S. Government Printing Office.

Eric has had a significant impact on InnerWorkings geographic expansion. Upon his arrival in 2005 as the head of operations, the Company's presence was concentrated almost exclusively in Illinois. Accelerating since he assumed Chief Executive Officer responsibilities in 2009, Eric has taken InnerWorkings from a regional to a national and now to a powerful international provider of print management. Today, the Company has more than 25 offices in the United States alone and conducts business in dozens of foreign countries. Over this same period of time, the business has quadrupled in revenues and the employee base has grown from just over 100 to nearly 1,000.

Prior to joining InnerWorkings, Eric served as Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Financial Officer of manroland North America, a printing equipment manufacturer and distributor. Previous to that, he led project teams at Marakon Associates, an international management consulting firm. Eric holds a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
